About the Program
The Pratham Partner Program is a structured referral program that rewards partners for introducing businesses to the Pratham cloud-based point-of-sale and business management platform. Depending on your tier, you either earn a flat one-time payment per successful activation, or an ongoing percentage of the client's plan value for as long as they remain active.
The Program is open to Australian residents and Australian-registered businesses including accountants, bookkeepers, IT consultants, business advisors, industry associations, and technology resellers. Individuals and companies may apply.
Partner Tiers
Every partner starts at the entry-level tier — you cannot choose or request a specific tier. Our team regularly reviews your performance (leads, activations, and active clients) and upgrades you automatically when you meet the next tier's criteria.

How Earnings Are Calculated
How your commission is calculated depends on your tier:
One-Time Referral & Referral Partner
A flat one-time payment — A$75 or A$150 — for every successful activation. No ongoing percentage.
Authorised Partner
25% of the client's plan value, paid for as long as they remain active, plus a A$50 one-time bonus per activation.
Certified Solution Partner
40% of the client's chosen plan value, paid for as long as they remain active.
Hardware Discounts
Every partner, at every tier, gets access to POS hardware, printers, and scanners at special discounted rates.

Payout Details
Monthly Payments
Commissions are calculated and paid monthly in arrears via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to your nominated Australian bank account.
RCTI (GST Registered)
If you are GST-registered,Achyut Labs issues a Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) each month and pays GST on top of your commission.
Minimum Threshold
A minimum payout of A$50 applies. Amounts below this threshold accumulate and are paid in the following month.
Australian Bank Accounts
All payouts are made to Australian bank accounts via EFT. Ensure your BSB and account number are accurate in your application.

Complete the Application
Fill in your contact details, business information, bank account, and sign the Partner Agreement online.
Application Review
Pratham's partner team reviews your application within 2–3 business days.
Receive Your Welcome Pack
Once approved, you'll receive your Partner Welcome Pack with portal access, referral links, and marketing materials.
Start Referring & Earning
Submit leads through your partner portal. Commission starts accruing from the day a referred client activates their first paid subscription.
